Access All Your Important Slack Files In One Place

Now you can use a single interface to see the files you have uploaded to Slack, as well as Dropbox, Google Drive, Gmail, Box and Microsoft OneDrive.

Dokkio brings together all your files into a single Web or mobile interface, regardless of whether they’re shared in Slack, attached to a Gmail, or stored in a cloud file repository like Dropbox. You choose which channels and folders to connect to Dokkio and share with your team, and which to keep private. You can even connect to multiple accounts (including multiple Slack accounts), making it easy to reorganize and streamline your shared files.

Work with files wherever they live

  • Your files stay where they are, including the specific Slack channel; Dokkio just provides a better way to access them

  • Work with files across all your Slack channels and accounts, as well as all your other cloud files

  • Copy your files from Slack or Gmail to Dropbox or Drive, and move files from folder to folder and account to account

  • Dokkio respects the security settings of Slack and your other cloud file repositories. If your files are safe now, they’re safe with us

  • Search for files based on business context, not just file names and text

Add more structure with file categories

  • Need something more rigorous than tags to organize your files? Dokkio lets you sort your files into categories

  • File Categories like “Contract” let you quickly find relevant files

  • You can also set up standard Attributes like “Counterparty” to provide useful, searchable context for each contract

  • Dokkio uses advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to suggest and automatically place files into file categories
